Cleansing

The 14 day Renew Life Organic Body Cleanse will clean any plaque buildup on the intestinal walls, this will boost metabolism and overall body function as well as shed about 5 to 10 lbs from your body.

Taking the Now Foods Acai berry along with the cleanse will increase this slimming effect.

The final step is to take a good pro biotic such as the Now Foods Gr8. This will allow the good bacteria back into your digestive system.
